Pack Education offers an evidence-based and NBHWC approved program for health coaching professionals who want to sit for the HWC Certifying Exam. We’ll cover how to structure sessions for your clients, deepen your knowledge of health behaviors and chronic disease, and align on ethics and legal considerations.

Meet the Team
Our faculty includes NBHWC certified Health Coaches with a variety of backgrounds, including nutrition and dietetics, exercise physiology, and social work.
M’Kayl Lewis, NBC-HWC
M'Kayl started as a Health Advisor at Pack Health in 2014 and served as the Director of Health Advising before assuming her role as Vice President of Member Services. She became NBHWC certified in 2017. She is also a Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach, Certified Pharmacy Technician, AADE Diabetes II paraprofessional, and a certified Financial Coach. She has a BS in Biology and Psychology. She is a huge soccer fan and enjoys serving as the President of the Girl Spring Junior Board.
Michael McMorris, LMSW, NBC-HWC
Michael has been a Health Advisor at Pack Health since 2015 and served as the Associate Director of Training before assuming his current role as Director of Health Advising. He became NBHWC certified in 2017. He has a master's degree in Social Work and he is also a Certified Financial Social Worker and a Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. He loves bicycling, cooking, and his granddaughter, who lives in Salt Lake City.
Jennifer Dunn MS, RDN, NBC-HWC
Jennifer is the program director for Pack Edu’s Health Coach Training & Education Program and a practicing health coach at Pack Health. She has been a board certified health & wellness coach since 2017 and a registered dietitian since 2014. She has a master's degree in exercise physiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Outside of her work, she’s an avid runner, cyclist, and plant-based foodie
Katy Houston, NBC-HWC
Katy is a faculty member at Pack Education and a practicing health coach at Pack Health. She is a board certified health and wellness coach with a background in personal and group fitness training. She graduated from Samford University with a bachelor's degree in English Literature. In her free time she enjoys weight lifting, reading, and outdoor adventures with her husband and two children.
Christina Griffin, B.S., CHES, NBC-HWC
Christina is a national board certified health & wellness coach and current Health Advisor for Pack Health's Cardiometabolic Team. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public & Community Health Education from the University of Cincinnati. Outside of Health Coaching, she has a passion for traveling, hiking, and the arts.
Anna Trott, NBC-HWC
I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in English, gained in 2005. In 2018 I graduated from UAB with a degree in Social Work. I am a certified diabetes prevention coach as well as National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. My passion is helping people find fun and creative ways to stay healthy that fit into their lifestyle! In addition, I love to teach new concepts to individuals that will expand their mindset on what is possible!
Tamara Wilson, MS, NBC-HWC
Tamara has been a Health Advisor at Pack Health since 2015 and a certified health & wellness coach since 2017. She is also a Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach, HIV/AIDS Educator, certified Financial Coach, and DPP Master Trainer. She has an MS in Clinical Nutrition and a BS in Biochemistry. She’s a big fan of Marvel Comics, enjoys herbal tea with a good book and is an avid yoga enthusiast.
Mikey Lewis, NBC-HWC
Mikey has been a Health Advisor at Pack Health since 2017. In addition to being a NBC-HWC, Mikey is also a Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach and a Diabetes Paraprofessional Level II. Mikey has a BS in Healthcare Administration from UAB. Mikey enjoys cheering on the UAB blazers, playing video games, and mixology!
